When you give us a call for repair or installation we will set up a convenient appointment timeframe. Each scheduled appointment will be given a courtesy call 15-30 minutes prior to arriving Onsite.

Our flat and affordable service call/diagnosis fee is $125 (non-refundable) which is due at the initial visit. Our service call will include our expert technician to come to your home and assess the issue with your appliance. A repair quote will be given at the time of the service call or within 24 hours of the service call visit. All quotes will have an expiration date 30 days after issuance.

If you Accept the repair quoted, repair labor and part fees are separate and will vary depending on the extent of repair. Appliance installation fees will vary depending on the appliance to be installed. ​

If you Decline the repair quoted, the service call/diagnosis fee will still be incurred and due.

Limited Appliance Repair Service Warranty
Our limited service warranty covers any return trip within 30 days from the completion of the initial appliance service repair addressing the original issue. Warranty is valid if the appliance exhibits the same symptoms when initially diagnosed and repaired.
If a new repair issue occurs within 30 days caused by our initial repair we will cover the service call fee and labor fees for you. Part fees will vary depending on the extent of the new repair issue.

If a new repair issue occurs within 30 days not related to our initial repair we will discount the service call fee to $75. This service call fee will not be deducted from the total cost of repair. Repair labor and part fees will vary depending on the extent of the new repair issue.

Our warranty does not include coverage for damage or failure caused by pest infestation, rodents/vermin, mold/rust, misuse, lack of maintenance, secondary damage, or property electrical issues after repair. Any Service Call Fee or Balance due paid by customer has been rightfully incurred and is non-refundable.

Limited Appliance Installation Service Warranty
Our limited installation service warranty covers any return trip within 10 days from the completion of an appliance installation. Warranty is valid if appliance exhibit issues from improper installation. No trip or labor fees will be assessed.
If it is determined that an appliance issue has occurred not caused by improper installation a $75 service call fee will be incurred. New repair labor and part fees will vary depending on the extent of repair.
Our warranty does not include coverage for damage or failure caused by pest infestation, rodents/vermin, mold/rust, misuse, lack of maintenance, secondary damage, or property electrical issues after installation. Any balance due paid by customer has been rightfully incurred and is non-refundable.
